CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF DATES
To help ensure your pieces arrive in time for Christmas, please find our recommended last-order dates below.
All of our items are handmade with care or printed to order, and our delivery partners work incredibly hard at this time of year. Ordering early is always best!
PLEASE NOTE: As a small business working around the clock during the festive season, we’re unable to refund orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas. Thank you so much for your understanding.
UK Orders
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place your order by Wednesday 17 December.
EU Orders
To allow for seasonal delays at customs and within local postal networks, please place EU orders by Thursday 4 December.
Rest of World
For international destinations outside the EU, we recommend ordering by
Thursday 4 December to give your parcel the best chance of arriving on time.

DELIVERY
PERSONALISED STATIONERY
We work with a wonderful family run print studio to produce your personalised cards. Please allow 7-10 working days for from order, to dispatch. In addition the run up to the festive period becomes exceptionally busy, so do allow up to 14 day.
CERAMICS AND GREETING CARDS
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of items that are available. Any ceramic pre-order dates are always clearly marked. For international orders, timescales vary depending on country.
Due to regulations, we are unable to ship matchboxes, matchsticks or striker strips to UAE, New Zealand or Australia.
ART
We are thrilled to offer affordable global shipping for both unframed and framed art.
Our expert framers have a distinguished history of carpentry and woodworking skills. Your frames will be made bespoke, to order and be of the very best quality. We also use a very high-end acrylic, rather than glass. While acrylic is the same weight and look and feel as glass, it is practically unbreakable, not only making it a far superior choice for shipping, but much safer to hang on the wall of any nursery.
Outside of London, we work with premium printing and framing hubs internationally. Your order will be produced and shipped from the closet facility, making delivery fast and affordable!

UK Shipping
Unframed Art
Allow up to 5 working days for the delivery of unframed prints.
Framed Prints
Allow 5-7 working days for the safe delivery of framed, personalised prints. Should you need your order sooner, please do get in touch and we will do everything we can to deliver to tight deadlines.
International Shipping
USA & Australia: we collaborate with family run business wherever possible and as such the lead times for our American and Australian workshops are a little different. Please allow 15 working days for the production and dispatch of framed art. Unframed art will be dispatched in 10-12 working days.
Europe & Rest of World: Please allow 7-10 working days for the safe delivery of framed, personalised prints.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For customers outside the UK the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
In an effort to keep taxes for our customers to a minimum, we work with gallery partners worldwide to facilitate fast shipping and avoid additional fees, shipping art within your country's territory. However our ceramics and stationery ship from the UK - import duties and taxes may apply!
