All UK stationery orders will be sent using myHermes tracked and signed for courier service and arrive in 3-5 working days, £4.50.
For non-mainland and Scottish Highland addresses, your order may incur a slight delay.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the delivery of unframed personalised prints. A4 prints will be packaged flat in a sturdy envelope box. Unframed A3 prints will be packaged rolled in a protective tube.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the safe delivery of framed, personalised prints. Should you need your order sooner, please do get in touch and we will do everything we can to deliver to tight deadlines.
Our expert framers have a distinguished history of carpentry and woodworking skills. Your frames will be made bespoke, to order and be of the very best quality. We also use a very high-end acrylic to glaze your artwork, rather than glass. While acrylic is the same weight and look and feel as glass, it is practically unbreakable. This not only makes it a far superior choice for shipping, but much safer to hang on the wall of any nursery.
Framed prints will be packaged in bespoke frame boxes for added protection to ensure your artwork arrives undamaged.
- A4 framed prints will incur a £8 delivery charge and are sent Royal Mail First Class, Signed For.
- A3 framed prints will incur a £10 delivery charge and are sent by DPD carriers on a next day service, as soon as the order is ready to dispatch.
We offer flat shipping rates for international orders, depending on which country and world zone you live in.
Please note, we regret that we cannot ship framed artwork outside of the UK. If you are an international customer, please only order unframed prints.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
We will replace orders lost/damaged during shipment. Please report damage to us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos. We shall then replace/refund your order.
Jo Laing Ltd will not take responsibility for parcels lost due to inaccurate/incomplete address information provided by the customer.
