WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?

If you decide your purchase isn’t for you after all, please inform us of your decision to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive the item back in its original condition we will issue you a refund.

Please protect ceramic items exceptionally well before returning them to us and ensure your package is insured.

All return shipping costs are payable by the customer and we require that you obtain a proof of posting when you send your order back.

After 14 days we will accept for exchange only – return shipping and re-shipping cost are payable by the customer.

Please discuss with us before sending, the item(s) must be in original condition and returned in any original branded packaging.

This excludes personalised & custom orders.

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS:

Personalised details must be stated at the time of placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure correct spelling and information at the time of ordering. Please take a second to check names, dates and addresses before placing your order. Personalised orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the item is damaged upon delivery. If you think you made an error when entering your order please email us immediately and we will double check your details.

We do understand errors can happen to all of us, and we even do our best to scan for customer errors before putting things into production. Get in touch to discuss any concerns with us.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS:

If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty (custom & personalised included) then we ask that you report damage within 7 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. We will then replace/refund your order. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us.
