What a strange and worrying time we find ourselves in.
Firstly, I would like to thank you all for your continued support since the Corona outbreak began and I hope you are thrilled with your orders.
I wanted to reassure customers that I am still offering global delivery at this time and along with my family-run suppliers, the careful measures we are taking to ensure your packages arrive safely and in sanitary conditions.
I work with two other homegrown businesses - an expert British framing company and an independent fine art printer. We all operate out of our homes, and we have always coordinated your orders digitally. We don't maintain warehouses and we do not rely on a large workforce to process orders. I suppose you could say self-islolation is actually part of everyday life for many small businesses!
For UK orders, they will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail.
For international orders, your country's local mail service will deliver your package. For example, American orders will be delivered by UPS. Australian orders will arrive from Australian Post.
Please just follow the Covid 19 guidelines on opening and disposing of packaging when your orders arrive. And keep washing those hands.
At present, I have not been advised on any delays to delivery times, however as these services are so stretched, a one or two delay may be incurred.
